Jicel Fernandez Ramirez, a senior at Cal State Fullerton, finished 10th in the women's 6-kilometer race in 21:04.3 at the Big West Conference Cross Country Championships at Blacklake Golf Resort in Nipomo, Calif. Fernandez Ramirez helped the Titans finish fourth overall as a team with 101 points.
